Sidst Under Byen udgav et studie album var tilbage i 2006, da de begejstrede en lang række anmeldere med pladen "Samme Stof Som Stof". Siden hen fulgte en EP med DRs RadioUnderholdnigsorkester, men nu er der igen ved at være nye toner fra den tidligere århusianske, nu københavnske septet.
 
Under Byen har arbejdet på deres 4. studiealbum igennem det seneste års tid og er nu ved at lægge sidste hånd på indspilningerne, således at man stiler mod at kunne udgive pladen i første halvdel af februar 2010. 
 
Under Byen giver denne aften en koncert på Copenhagen Jazzhouse hvor man med vil få lejlighed til at stifte bekendtskab med det nye materiale.
