The Copenhagen JazzHouse Fund
The Fund is the formal owner of Copenhagen JazzHouse. The Fund is the judicial entity responsible to the Municipality and the State for yearly accounting. The Fund's Board of Directors consist of: Lennart Ricard, (Chairman), Jens Nørgaard, Anders Laursen, Leif Juul Jørgensen, Niels Macholm, Frederik Preisler and Mark Lorenzen.

Copenhagen JazzHouse Society
Membership of this society of friends and supporters gives many benefits, including discounts on a number of concerts. But, not least, a membership allows active participation in activities at Copenhagen JazzHouse, both at the jazz club and the night club. The Society instigates various activities for members only, i.e. in connection with the birthday of Copenhagen JazzHouse in October. Activities take place at other times of the year as well, i.e. in connection with Filmhuset, Filosofisk Forum. You can purchase a membership at the door in Copenhagen JazzHouse (300 DKK). The officials of the Copenhagen JazzHouse Society are: Lars Worning (President), Jesper Kirkeskov, Gorm Holsteen Jensen, Jakob Thors, Peder Worning, Bagge Algren Ussing, Jesper Haagentoft, Betina Larsen, Rasmus Vind Ludvigsen.

Copenhagen JazzHouse Representative Assembly
The Representative Assembly is a plenary session that is held once a year. The Copenhagen JazzHouse Fund's Board of Directors invites the management of JazzHouse along with the Board of Directors from the Copenhagen JazzHouse Society and Copenhagen JazzHouse Sponsor Club plus a number of specially-invited external representative members. The business of the meeting is the discussion of current conditions affecting the future of Copenhagen JazzHouse. The agenda is set in turn by the Fund and Society/Sponsor Club. The Representative Assembly has no formal decision-making powers, but ideally exerts considerable influence on decisions regarding future activities. The Assembly is written into the Fund's statutes, so it is a formal requirement to hold a Representative Assembly once per year. For the same reason, the Fund must also endorse the deliberations of the Assembly.
